SEO Site Maps


A sitemap is generally a .XML directory of everything on your site. They can be brief or describe each and every page. These are used by Google and other search engines to route the robot through your website, page-by-page and text section-by-section. They are extremely important on any website where advertising must appear. A typical sitemap is shown below:

Sitemaps are written in a language that search engine spiders readily understand and direct the spider from page to page within the website.
